Ingredients

Oats, foxtail millet, amaranth, sorghum (jowar), jaggery, raw unrefined sugar, chocolate chips, banana powder, vanilla, baking powder

How to use:

1. Mix 1/2 packet of pancake mix, 1 egg and 1/2 cup of milk into a smooth batter. Optional: you can also add 2 tbsps of melted butter instead of an egg.
2. Warm a non-stick pan to medium heat and add butter to the pan. Pour the batter on to the heated pan and cook well on both sides. The goodness of the supergrains means the batter does not cook as fast as ones made from refined flour. Serve hot.
3. Enjoy with your favorite toppings - fresh fruit, honey, and nuts

Tips:

Cover the pancakes with a lid to help them cook faster and keep the golden brown color.
